Message Center II gives users direct access to important information on managing their service.

1 Users can get help for the entire Message Center page.

2 Or they can inquire on a specific set of controls.

3 Clicking handy pop-down links reveals answers to commonly asked questions.

The help even customizes itself to document certain features—or not— depending on the user's access permissions! (And it's available in all the different languages.)
