To activate your Postini service
You must:
- Be a Google Apps Premier Edition customer, and have an administrator account for logging in to your Google Apps Control Panel.
- Use Google as your domain’s email service provider. If your email is hosted elsewhere, switch it to Google (instructions are here) before continuing with activation.
